Oleri joined Travers Thorp Alberga from Herbert Smith Freehills having commenced his legal career with that firm in 2015 and having subsequently worked in their London, Moscow and Singapore offices.
Oleri is a Partner in our Funds and Corporate group and specializes in advising investment funds with a particular focus on the structuring, establishment and on-going governance of Cayman Islands open ended and closed ended investment vehicles structured through corporate LLC or exempted limited partnerships.
Oleri also advises on a broad range of corporate transactions, including all forms of seed and early round venture capital financing through to IPO, mergers and acquisitions and joint venture arrangements.
