Travers Thorp Alberga acted as Cayman counsel to WeRide Inc (NASDAQ: WRD, HKEX: 0800.HK), a global leader in autonomous driving technology, on its successful HK$2.39bn dual-primary listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. This move marks the first Robotaxi company to be simultaneously listed in both Hong Kong and the US and is a sign of continued growth within the AI-driven transport sector.
