Bryan obtained a First-Class Honours degree in law from Liverpool University and subsequently qualified at the English Chancery Bar with XXIV Old Buildings in 2013. Bryan focuses on advising liquidators, directors, auditors and other professionals in complex, high-value litigation involving commercial fraud and misconduct, asset tracing and interim relief, domestic and cross-border insolvency and restructuring, contentious trusts, and company and partnership disputes. Bryan has extensive advocacy experience, having appeared in numerous arbitrations and before courts at all levels.

Recently, in conjunction with our market leading Fintech group, Bryan has developed a successful practice litigating in relation to DAO and foundation company disputes.
