Cavie joined TTA in 2009 from Maples and now leads the team of Hong Kong based professionals in providing a full range of corporate services to the firm’s clients in jurisdictions across Asia and South East Asia. Cavie has nearly two decades of international experience assisting clients with technology, finance, operations and business support services. In addition, Cavie assists with the governance and compliance issues for all types of fund structure and advises the client on these matters throughout the lifecycle of the fund.
Cavie is responsible for and ensures full integration with the Corporate Services and Compliance teams in the BVI and Cayman offices.
