John joined us having previously worked in the London and Middle East project finance teams at Herbert Smith Freehills and more recently in the London office of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe.  John specialises in advising listed and private funds, lenders and government bodies on international finance and structured lending transactions.

Now a Partner in our Funds, Finance and corporate groups, John has extensive experience in NAV-based facilities, cross-border secured financings, and complex lending arrangements involving leading international banks and institutional funds. John also brings in-house experience supporting the FinTech and insurance sectors, giving him a broad commercial perspective and familiarity with digital platforms and financial infrastructure.
