CICA upholds decision to wind up AquaPoint L.P. on just and equitable grounds
The Cayman Islands Court of Appeal has dismissed an appeal by the general partner of Aquapoint L.P. and upheld the decision of Justice Doyle to wind up the Partnership on just and equitable grounds. TTA’s advisory in respect of the first instance decision can be found here.
