Ryanne joins our corporate department in Hong Kong with over 4 years of legal experience advising clients on a broad range of offshore structures across the corporate and commercial and fund areas including open and closed ended funds, mergers and acquisitions, aircraft finance transactions, cross-border contractual disputes, shareholder disputes and liquidations.
Ryanne advises also on all aspects of applicable offshore regulation and compliance and on governance generally.
Ryanne is admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong and is fluent in English, Dutch, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Not currently admitted in the Cayman Islands.
