Having begun his career in London in 2013 with Slaughter and May, Ben has practiced as a transactional lawyer with extensive experience leading, navigating and negotiating complex legal and commercial transactions, and is recognised for his strong technical skills.

During his time with Slaughter and May, Ben acted for a broad range of clients with particular emphasis on the financial and technology sectors, including advising a major UK-based international bank on the split of its retail banking operations from its corporate and investment bank, HM Treasury and other HM Government departments on post-financial crisis matters. Ben has also advised various insurers and reinsurers.

Ben subsequently worked for RPC in London, focusing on FinTech, private equity and venture capital transactions and joined our Firm in the FinTech Group where he is now a Partner who specializes in the complex aspects of creating tokenized rights to Cayman Islands debt equity and Fund structures.
