Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Kenyatta University in Kenya and is admitted to practice as an advocate in Kenya. She is also a Certified Secretary in Kenya.
Prior to joining the firm, Cynthia gained experience both in the public and private sectors, with a particular focus on financial regulation and corporate advisory. Cynthia served at the Capital Markets Authority in Kenya, contributing to the drafting and reviewing of financial regulations and policy frameworks.
Cynthia joins the firm’s Fintech Group, where she assists with corporate structuring, regulatory compliance and matters relating to Web3 and Digital Assets.
