Cesare joins us as a Senior Associate having worked previously at Pinsent Masons in London where his practice mainly focused on M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital transactions, and general corporate advice, structuring governance and compliance.

Cesare now practices in our fast-growing Fintech practice and advises clients on all aspects of foundation and issuer structuring adopting the Firm’s well established and market leading foundation and issuer model.

Cesare is an experienced transactional lawyer recognized for his strong technical skills, and client focused commercial advice and solutions. From his Italian undergraduate studies, Cesare brings to the Firm an in depth understanding of both civil and common law jurisdictions.
