Aleksandra who joins our Finance and Fund Finance groups is a structured finance lawyer with over a decade of onshore and offshore practice, advising leading financial institutions and asset managers on sophisticated cross-border financing transactions. Aleksandra brings significant experience from her prior roles at Mayer Brown International LLP and  in-house at HSBC  in London. This dual law firm and bank-side experience enables her to provide practical, commercial, and efficient solutions for clients across a broad range of financial structuring. Aleksandra has regularly advised on subscription facilities, NAV financings, fund structures, and securitisations. Aleksandra  also developed expertise  in the  legal and regulatory landscape in the Cayman Islands, having previously practiced  in one of the other Cayman Islands law firms. Aleksandra  is dual qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales (non-practicing) and an attorney-at-law in the State of New York (non-practicing).
